It bears repeating that though the owner of this collective has spent many free hours compiling the information in this journal, they in no way acknowledge or deny the existence of the cryptids listed inside. Their descriptions are taken from various textbook and online sources and amalgamated into what is most common in all media, and the rest eliminated or kept based on what can be proven or disproved by the common information already found; in no way is this meant to be the final say on the creatures, but a middle ground of most lore that makes the information more wholly cohesive.

The intent of this database is to provide supernaturally-inclined roleplayers or writers with easily-found material without the need for getting lost in Wikipedia or similar websites for hours on end. It's happened to us all.

If you would like to speak to The Rotary's maintainer, you may comment to this disclaimer entry -- comments are and will always be screened; there is no real need to identify the keeper and chances are, if you know that The Rotary exists, you know who they are already.
